Privacy notice is pending legal review

This page gives a factual summary of the current preview build. It is not a finalized legal privacy notice, and it does not invent retention periods or rights-handling promises that the business has not approved.

Current privacy-default posture

No behavioral analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, or consent banner loads.
Forms send the information a visitor enters to the site backend for operational follow-up.
Radio media and metadata are requested only after a visitor selects Play.
Public checkout remains disabled; Stripe does not load in the ordinary preview flow.
Small amounts of functional browser storage preserve radio and interface state.

Still required before launch

The business must approve retention, deletion, request handling, provider disclosures, and legally reviewed notice text. Until then, privacy and commerce remain release gates.
